Memphis, Tennessee: The Varsity Brands formally announces the merge & acquiring of CHEERSPORT. The Varsity Brands continues to grow their family, of branded competitions throughout the country.

Las Vegas, Nevada: Teams from the East Coast, West Coast, and everywhere in between squared off for an early season match-up in the usually West Coast dominated competition in Las Vegas, NV. Up for grabs were (2) Paid Bids to Worlds & 6 At Larges. East Coast powerhouse, Cheer Extreme All-Stars, went head to head with West Coast front runner, The California All Stars in multiple divisions.
